This unit features easy access and allows the user to isolated the hamstring muscles in a more comfortable upright position instead of the traditional lying-down version. The thigh stabilization pad and the back pad adjust to provide consistent alignment of the knee with the machine axis of rotation. Variable stack is used for smaller weight increments at the beginning of the movement to accommodate novice and deconditioned users.
